In the month of December I was really under attack , both spiritual, business  n’ family wise. I was sharing some of these concerns with my friend, Sandy, and  then with another friend, Mary Sue, later that same day. Sandy said, our priest gave her a prayer that she uses whenever she feels a change in her mood or under spiritual attach. When they both mentioned this prayer… I paid attention and now I say it every day and then through out… whenever I  feel under attack or for whatever concern Jesus gives me to pray for.

It’s a simple little prayer to memorize for yourself…

“Jesus Christ, by your Holy Name and by your most precious blood, I bind each and every spirit that seeks to oppress me this day”
