The Christ Candle

Visit with Jesus.

I will pay a visit to Jesus at least once each day. In my own words I will tell Jesus that I believe that He is truly present and that I adore Him, as He is my God. I will talk to Him about any joy or trouble I have had since my last visit. I will say a short prayer, for instance:

“Jesus, my God, I adore Thee here truly present in the Sacrament of Thy love.” Amen.

Cling to… call on, repeatedly, the Name of Jesus!

The textured white linen brings to mind purity, peace, comfort and protection, the texture symbol of His Shroud. A gold dusting for the Glory of God. With the blended scents of Frankincense, Myrrh and Spikenard; gifts given to Jesus.

Because these are hand-poured candles there maybe color variations. The handcrafted 6″ candles have a burn time of about 120 hours.

Candle Tips

The first time you light your candle, burn it for about an hour. Each burn there after clip the wick to about ¼ inch, this will prevent a smoking candle while burning. When you’re ready to put out the candle, use a long wire candle snuffer and tip the wick down into the melted wax. This will prevent the candle from smoking; don’t forget to tip the wick back up.

The Christ Candle has been a spiritual focal point at our Bible studies and prayer groups. The white linen appearance flecked with specks of gold is symbolic of the purity and royalty of Christ the King. The subtle fragrance does not overpower but compliments our gatherings. We are drawn into its light and are reminded of the true Light of the World, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. How wonderful to have a candle designed with Him in mind, the creator of all the universe.
