Shipping

Generally within 2 weeks of receiving your order we will ship, UPS ground, your candles to you. Our aim is to keep our customers happy and in the loop as much as possible. If for any reason you have any questions please email us at elizabeth@trustiam.com.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our candles and we know you will enjoy using them. We do accept returns. You must pay shipping to get the candles back to us plus a 10% restocking fee. The candles must be in the same pristine condition as when we shipped it to you.

If by chance, the box when you receive it is damaged, please keep your receipt and notify us… you will need to return the damaged candles along with the receipt of damage, that we may replace the candles.
